My name is Kensie Story. I am a wife to Alex and a mom to Zach and Ben.

I used to be a professional DJ until God asked me to let go of my dreams and follow Him. When He called me to write, I had to laugh. Growing up, I failed spelling tests, only read books if bribed by my mom, and absolutely hated writing. God can be humorous that way though, and I am so glad that I followed His path because I couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

Recently, I helped launch a women’s ministry called Free To Be! I encourage you to head over to our page and check us out!

My mission is to build bridges in the gaps women feel between themselves and God by freeing them from insecurities, expanding their understanding of God and His word, and encouraging spiritual growth.

No matter your past, present, or future, God has a plan for your life and loves you immensely. I hope that I can bring this truth into the light for you.

“But now God has shown us a different way to heaven—not by “being good enough” and trying to keep his laws, but by a new way (though not new, really, for the Scriptures told about it long ago). Now God says he will accept and acquit us—declare us “not guilty”—if we trust Jesus Christ to take away our sins. And we all can be saved in this same way, by coming to Christ, no matter who we are or what we have been like.” Romans 3:21-22 (TLB)

I continually pray for my readers (which includes you!) in hopes that something I share speaks to your heart and draws you closer to God.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope that one day we get to meet in person!

Much love,

Kensie
